Southern Perfection Painting is a wonderful company to work with. For the 2nd year in a row they have been presented with the very unique challenge beautifully. Prior to that they performed an exterior painting project of multiple houses for us with in a very short period of time which was accomplished superbly.
They are professional, organized, and so easy to work with. We have several different exterior home projects coming up from deck repairs to full home paintings. On behalf of LandMark Properties Athens, I would like to offer a letter of recommendation for Southern Perfection Painting, Inc. (SPPI) for the work they performed on several projects here at our communities in Athens, GA. There are several reasons why we highly recommend their company. Below is a list of reasons:
- Since 2019, we contracted SPPI to complete Painting and Pressure Washing of 70 Exterior Homes of approximately $225,000.00. Their attention to detail was outstanding both in documenting their estimate and providing quality workmanship. Additionally, the entire team delighted us with their customer service and communication before, during and after the completion of this project. The owners, David and Sabrina Williams, ensure that the project is closely managed, and even weekly project reporting created by their company was very helpful in managing the project.
- In 2020, SPPI was contracted to do a yearly Student Refresh of approximately $80,000.00 for 130 Student Home Interiors of 4 and 5 bedroom houses, which had to be completed in a 2 weeks span. Southern Perfection was able to identify issues with the original stock colors in all the units by working with us closely and getting our approval every step of the way. SPPI brought their entire team out every single day during this timeframe and the results spoke well to our students.
- LandMark had so many compliments on the refresh by the students that one LandMark employee commented “we have not had such an overwhelming positive response on our Student Refresh in 15 years.” Needless to say, although stressful, SPPI came through as the professionals they are.
SPPI’s work also included many sheetrock repairs, exterior carpentry repairs, and they just overall care about our properties and report to us anything that is out of order, even if it had nothing to do with their painting services. I have since moved on to another position at LandMark. However, my replacement has also contracted Southern Perfection Painting, Inc. to complete the Student Refresh for 2021.
I can’t say enough. Again, their work was performed under a very tight schedule with high visibility. Southern Perfection is a pleasure to work with and I will continue to consider and use them for future projects.
