We use a variety of Sherwin Williams interior and exterior top quality products from flats to eggshells, satins, semi-gloss and gloss. We can also use paint from other companies specific to your contract.
Yes, we use a variety of products from TSP (Tri Sodium Phosphate), Clorox bleach, or other biodegradeble solutions that will not harm plants or flowers.

Yes, we replace rotten wood with either pressure treated wood or PVC to prevent rotting in the same area, if possible.
Yes, we give a full warranty on workmanship and materials, which will be specified according to each separate contract.
We send a COI to each of our customers after they request an estimate proving that we are licensed and insured to give you peace of mind.
There are several ways you can send us your pictures:
- You can send your pictures to us via email at estimates @soperfectpaint.com.
- Another option is to attach your photos to the Quick Estimate form before submitting.
- For your convince we also provide the the option of texting them over at 770.985.3075.
We don’t recommend painting the exterior of your home if the temperature is below 40 degrees or above 85-90 degrees if the paint is in direct sunlight, so that your paint has a smooth and even finish.
